GENDAI REIKIHO

Originally, Reiki Ho was called Reiki Ryo-Ho and it was founded by Mikao Usui Sensei (1865 -1926 Japan).
​
According to scientific studies, this and other Universes and everything that exists, made of vibrations are also known as waves. This concludes that we are surrounded by vibrations; in fact, we humans are made of these waves as well. Reiki is one of the vibrations that fill the universe.

Gendai Reikiho is the Reiki method used to achieve natural healing and it was founded in Japan by Mikao Usui Sensei (1865 -1926). Reiki also remains a way of life and that can make our lives peaceful, rewarding, and valuable. Reiki facilitates access to the vibrating and healing energy of the universe. This energy can be used consciously and controlled to achieve a healthier, creative, successful and happy life.

WHAT ARE BINAURALTONES / BINAURAL BEATS?
Binaural beats or binaural tones are obvious sounds, caused by specific physical stimuli.
This effect was discovered in 1839 by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove.
​
The effect on the brain waves depends on the difference in the frequencies for each tone. The brain integrates the two signals, which gives a feeling of a third sound, ie binaural beat.
​
For example, if a frequency of 100 Hz is played in one ear and 107 Hz is played in the other ear, a binaural beat in 7 Hz is created by the brain. Brain waves match or "follow" binaural beat. If the binaural beat is 7 Hz, an increase in brain waves of 7 Hz occurs.
